Women are Everything
A woman is the strongest being made by God. Her capacity and ability to "carry" and do so much is just amazing (and I do not state this because I am a woman😎😂)
Women have their shortcomings and I know so many people will be so quick to mention the Garden of Eden days (yeah yeah! We know), but looking asides that women are just so powerful and are overcoming the world as we see it. I saw a graphics once that said, "The future is female" 😂😂😂 (Don't be jealous guys, make your own graphic 😝)
Right from the Bible days, we see examples of Deborah, Abigail, Sarah, Hannah, Ruth & Esther (My 2 favs), and many others, who did things beyond the ordinary. Makes you understand that a woman will do ANYTHING she wants to do IF she puts her mind to it.
Remember the story of Christ's resurrection (Jhn 20:1-18)... So, Mary did not see Jesus in the tomb, she went and called the disciples. the disciples went there and saw that truly Jesus was not there and after went back home (vs. 10). Mary stayed there and was weeping, crying and wondering what had happened to her Lord. (See where I'm going?).
The woman who went there to rub ointment on Jesus' body, didn't see him, she called the men thinking they'd probably help look for the body, instead they went back to their house. The woman stayed there and wept, and even said to Jesus (she didn't know it was him) that if he had carried the body, she will take it (See the extra mile she was willing to go!)
We all have some many stories to write and tell about the women God has surrounded us with.
Women are by far the most caring, wonderful, amazing, one-in-a-million being we were created to be and more.
So today, take time out to celebrate the women in your life; Your Babe, Mum, Mum-in-law, Grandma, Sisters, Lady-Friends (If you don't have any, celebrate a woman today).
Make sure you put a smile on their face to appreciate them for all the smiles and for all they do!
