LET IT GO!!!

"Life is too short to let people, circumstance or happenstance determine what/who you become"....

Ever felt like giving up because you feel nothing works... Let that feeling go!  

Feel like nobody, you need someone to talk to but no one seems to be around... Let go the thought!

Blaming yourself for something that went wrong, Forgive yourself... Let it go!

Hate someone 'cos they've been bad to you...Let it go!

Feel the need to compete with everyone you come across with...Let it go! Your journey in life is your walk alone, not with someone else

Seriously, the truth is, unless you let it go, unless you forgive and forget whatever situation is holding you down, unless you realize that it is all over, you can never move forward. Letting go doesn't necessarily mean you are weak or that you don't care, it simply realizing that YOU  and only YOU  are in total control of yourself.

You find that it is absolutely necessary to let things (frustrations, competition, hate, disappointment humiliation etc) go, simply for the reason that these things are heavy and will make you slow in moving. All i'm saying is don't let these hold you down from actually achieving  and being what you can be because “Letting go means to come to the realization that some people/things are a part of your history, but not a part of your destiny.” 

Let God have his way over your life, stop holding on to "what has happened", instead push hard to make something great happen. You will get disappointed, hated, stepped on...but you've got to shake off the dust and move on, that's the best way to get the most out of life. 

When you want to give up, hang in there and keep trying, you never can tell what will happen when you do it over and over and over. When you need to talk to someone and nobody seems to be around, talk to God...He's the best listener there is and he knows just the best solution for you.

Funny title right? 😅 Over the weekend, something really funny happened which gave me the inspiration to write this. Myself and my sisters were discussing how that it would be almost impossible to have an immediate sibling act as the make-up artist to a Bride, and that it is always good to outsource to a vendor. My Elder Sister went on to explain that the immediate siblings would have other important needs to attend to and that the duties of a make-up artist, included dabbing the face of the Bride at every point in time. I heard of a guy and a lady that were very good friends, super close even (I was witness to this actually) ... they had been friends since University days and everyone who saw them knew just how close and inseparable they were. One day, the lady told her friend (the guy) that she had met "the one", and as she was telling her friend about this guy she met, you'd know that she had fallen deep.
